The cuisine of the Cobarcho Restaurant is based mainly on traditional recipes from Alto Aragón and in the wood oven and grill. We try to distinguish ourselves by an exquisite preparation in kitchen and a careful selection of raw materials based on local and seasonal products.

In each of our dishes we try to enhance the noblest and pure qualities of the food, enhancing the flavors, smells, textures and colors, so that the traditional flavors of mountain cuisine return to the memory of our palate.

The gastronomic concept of the Cobarcho Restaurant that we want to give to our guests in this new stage will remain faithful to the tradition and the origins, conserving our traditional recipes, not to lose the roots, nor the wise. Of course the wood oven and our grill will continue to be the main protagonists.

We also include in our menu new proposals with the aim of surprising our customers and allowing them to enjoy new flavors in what we would define as “a kitchen of quality product and market”.
